Match summary
The Romans' first match of the new season — a pre-season friendly on the astro pitch at St Albans Girls' School, just two days after the squad's first Thursday training session at Cotlandswick.
With the new kit still on order, the boys played in bibs. It was a first chance for the squad to play together as a league team ahead of the season proper.
